Fused Clock

Create your own time piece. With the watchful eye of Glenn Trembley, the instructor, you will design your own clock for your home, including fusing it for a finished piece. Fun, innovative class with lots of possibilities. No glass experience required. Glenn will help you with every step.

Fiber and Surface Design

Discover Japanese Fiber and Accessory Art –
A 2-part series of classes

Part I  – Katazome Arts
Come learn the ancient art of designing and cutting stencils out of smoked synthetic paper, applying rice paste resist for your design and finish off your fabric piece with paint for a permanent piece of art cloth. You will be given two lists:
1) supplies provided by the teacher, and 2) supplies to be provided by the student.

Part II  – Kakishibu Arts
Using fermented persimmon juice and mulberry paper as your medium, learn how to cover a small basket and have a unique art piece for your home.  You will also learn how to use the liquid in several other ways on cloth and paper. You will be given two lists:
1) supplies provided by the teacher, and 2) supplies to be provided by the student.
